- New camera sites in Solihull New camera sites in Solihull New fixed speed camera sites have been installed on B4025 Streetsbrook Road, B4114 Bradford Road and B4114 Chester Road in Solihull. The Streetsbrook Road camera has been installed following 5 serious collisions and 11 collisions causing slight injuries during the 2004-2006 baseline period. During this same period, the Bradford Road / Chester Road stretch had 7 serious collisions and a further 25 slight injury collisions. It is hoped that all three cameras will reduce collisions along the roads and will ease residents' concerns about speeding motorists in their area. |

In 2002 the Department of Transport
gave the seven Local Authorities in the West Midlands region the go
ahead to join up with the Magistrates Court, Highways Agency and West
Midlands Police to form the Casualty Reduction Partnership. Whether
